About
AI agent platform for customer support. Agents run multi step workflows across systems, update accounts, process refunds under set rules and hand off to human agents with full conversation context.
Botpress is an enterprise AI agent platform built for customer support teams. Its agents work across several systems at once to update records, trigger next steps and close support loops. They can change plans and billing details, issue refunds under predefined conditions, and escalate to a human agent while passing along the conversation history, account details and troubleshooting already attempted.
