Terms of Service

By using the30top — browsing rankings, creating an account, writing a review, claiming a profile, or submitting a brief — you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not scrape it at scale, attempt to circumvent access controls, impersonate another person or company, upload malicious content, or post anything defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach this.

Positions in our rankings cannot be bought. No company can pay for a higher position, to be listed in a ranked category, to remove a competitor, or to suppress a review. Rankings begin as editorial judgements based on public information and shift toward verified client reviews as those accumulate. They are opinions and research, not guarantees about any company's performance for you.

Only submit a review of a company you have personally worked with, based on your own experience. Incentivised reviews, reviews written by a company about itself or a competitor, and reviews submitted by agencies on behalf of clients are prohibited. We moderate every review before publication and may decline, edit for clarity, or remove reviews that appear inauthentic. You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a licence to publish and display it on the site.

Some profiles are created editorially from public information and marked Unclaimed. A company may claim its profile by verifying ownership through a work email on its domain; once claimed, it can correct details and respond to reviews. Claiming a profile does not change its ranking position, and information you add must be accurate. We may revoke a claim if the verification turns out to be invalid.

When you submit a brief through Get Matched, we may share it with providers we think fit, and only when you ask for an introduction. We are not a party to any agreement you reach with a provider and take no commission on the outcome. Due diligence remains yours.

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep listings, rankings, and firmographic details accurate, but we do not warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the30top is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your engagement with any company listed on the site.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use the30top after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the30top is established, with the courts of that jurisdiction having exclusive jurisdiction. The specific jurisdiction will be named here once our legal review is complete.
