Zoho People includes a leave and time-off management system where admins create leave types by location, role or department, set accrual rules, weekends, holidays and restrictions, and use preconfigured country policies. Entitlements can be fixed, experience based, grant based or attendance based, with single or multi-level approvers.

Employees and managers use Android and iOS apps to apply for, approve and review leave, and the leave calendar syncs with Office 365 or Google Calendar. Reports cover leave balance, resource availability, the Bradford score and loss of pay, and the module integrates with Zoho Payroll. A free trial is offered.
