Vacation Tracker lets employees request time off and managers approve it directly in Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace. It supports location-specific leave policies, custom leave types and quotas, PTO accruals with caps, carry-over, TOIL, hourly leave and multi-level approvals with substitute approvers.
Teams get a calendar view and wallchart of availability, leave balance and request reports, scheduled reports and daily or weekly notifications. Automations cover notice periods, probation periods, blackout periods and maximum users away, and integrations include ADP Workforce Now, Zapier and an OpenAPI.
