Akamai Enterprise Application Access is a zero trust network access service delivered from the cloud. It lets employees, contractors and partners reach private web and non-web applications without exposing the network, helping organizations reduce VPN usage and their attack surface.
It integrates with an existing identity provider or the Akamai cloud IdP, adds device posture checks for adaptive access, and supports clientless access. Deployment uses an Akamai connector virtual machine placed alongside applications in data centers, private clouds or public clouds, with connectors for VMware, AWS, Azure, Google Compute Engine, Hyper-V, Docker and others.
