WhatsApp Live Chat by Idnovate lets PrestaShop merchants chat with customers through WhatsApp and guide them through purchases in real time. The WhatsApp button can be shown in multiple positions, and each button can use a different telephone number. The WhatsApp application opens automatically when a visitor clicks.
Merchants can add agents or different contact people, set a timetable, offer a sharing option and support WhatsApp groups. Display can be filtered by customer group, device and language. The module supports PrestaShop 1.4.0 to 9.2, and a demo is available.
