Rocket Vertica is an analytics database and data lakehouse for analyzing massive volumes of structured and semi-structured data. It uses petabyte-scale columnar storage and a massively parallel processing architecture, and supports in-database machine learning and AutoML with SQL, Python, R and Java.

It can be deployed on premises, in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, in hybrid setups and on Kubernetes. Security features include role-based access control, encryption and masking, LDAP and Kerberos authentication and audit logging. Pricing is tailored to requirements, with enterprise license, DBaaS subscription and OEM or ISV license options.
