Raindrop

Raindrop is an AI agent monitoring and observability platform. It traces every message and tool call with spans, token counts, cost and timing, then detects patterns across runs and groups recurring silent failures into single issues backed by the original traces.

Teams can define custom signals, simulate changes against real traffic on pull requests, and prove improvements behind a feature flag with experiments. A triage agent works in Slack, the web or through MCP, and security features include PII redaction, SSO and audit logs.
