OpenCart Order Follow Up from Webkul lets the admin send automated follow-up emails to customers after an order is placed. Multiple emails can be configured, each with its own custom template.
The store owner sets how many days after the order each email goes out and can vary the frequency. Emails are sent automatically through cron, the admin can review all sent follow-ups and the list of unsubscribed customers, and custom comments can be added. It supports multiple currencies and languages and works with OpenCart 3.x.
