MigrationPro: Upgrade PrestaShop 9 & PrestaShop 8, Data Transfer
by MigrationPro
PrestaShop module that copies products, customers, orders and SEO URLs from an older shop into a fresh PrestaShop 8 or 9 install.
About
PrestaShop module that copies products, customers, orders and SEO URLs from an older shop into a fresh PrestaShop 8 or 9 install.
MigrationPro lets merchants upgrade to PrestaShop 9 or PrestaShop 8 without re-entering products, customers or orders. It copies the data of an existing PrestaShop shop, from version 1.3 up, into a fresh installation without needing a developer, while the old shop stays active and keeps selling.
A 4-step wizard in the back office (Connection, Configuration, Migration, Report) guides the transfer, and a bridge connector reads the old shop without writing to it. The module migrates 14 data types including taxes, brands, categories, carriers, cart rules, orders, pages, SEO and URLs, products, customers and customer service. It offers quick and advanced modes, pause and resume, a second run for recent data only, and multistore support.
