Trigger rules show the widget after a time delay, a scroll percentage or on exit intent, and page targeting rules show or hide it by URL. Developers can control it with launch_chaty() and close_chaty() functions. A free plan covers up to 500 visitors per month, with paid tiers for higher traffic.
