This app lets merchants edit the default Shopware contact form in the CMS, add new fields and arrange them in custom layouts. It also provides an electronic withdrawal flow, relevant because many B2C shops must offer a direct cancellation option from 19 June 2026 under section 356a of the German civil code.
The withdrawal process has two steps, sends the customer a receipt email, and adds buttons in the footer, account navigation and order history.
