Moorhouse Consulting is a London business transformation consultancy founded in 2004. It works on delivery excellence and performance improvement, people and change, digital and data, AI adoption, organisational transformation, cost reduction, strategy and sustainability. The firm was part of BT Group from 2008 to 2014, completed a management buy-out, and joined the Expleo group after its 2018 acquisition by SQS.

Moorhouse has more than 300 employees and serves clients in government and public services, health and care, life sciences, energy and utilities, financial services, transport, retail, defence and telecoms. Its client work includes a carbon emissions baseline for Angel Trains and a service centre operating model review for Civica. The firm is a certified B Corp, has appeared in the Financial Times annual list of UK management consultants every year since 2018, and has twice won APM Project Management Company of the Year.
