Peak Therapeutics was founded in 2017 by Dr. James Gaynor, DVM, MS, DACVAA, a board-certified specialist in veterinary anesthesia and pain management with more than 30 years of clinical experience. He created the company after being unable to find a CBD product he trusted enough to recommend to his own patients.

Seed-to-bottle control

Every product begins with Peak's proprietary hemp strain, PT Frostys 808, grown in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado using organic methods. The company oversees each step from seed through extraction, testing, bottling and delivery. All pet CBD is derived from full-spectrum, CO2 extracted hemp containing less than 0.3% THC.

Triple-tested and fully transparent

Products are tested while the plant is still growing, again after extraction, and once more as a finished product. Every batch is analyzed by an independent ISO 17025-certified laboratory for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents and microbials. Certificates of Analysis are published publicly, and all products meet Colorado standards for human consumption.
