Background

Communication throughout the process from my initial inquiry to getting an estimate and completion of the job was excellent! David was knowledgeable and courteous, and arrived on time and completed the job to reconnect my downspout rapidly and effectively. Although the job only took about 15 minutes to complete, David explained that the $400 charge was the base cost for any KD Handyman visit. He did offer a 10% senior discount which I much appreciated.

Background

Gutters were a mess since we have so many trees over our house. I couldn't clean them myself since our house is tall. KD came and cleaned all the gutters out and was very efficient. Will have them come back every year.

Background

After seeing KD Handyman Pro's ad on Southern Schmooze, we decided to take a chance and hire them to replace soffits and rotten wood around our windows, repair our porch ceiling, and sand, clean, and stain our pergola. Ray and Nora did an excellent job. They showed up early, worked hard through sweltering heat, stayed late when needed, and were respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Where this team truly shines is in their communication and follow-through. We took a chance with KD Handyman Pro, and we are so glad we did. They exceeded our expectations.

Background

Great work. Reliable and best of all, I didn't have to manage them during any part of the process. I've used them twice, now. Asked for fence repairs and painting, including replacing rotten planks. Fantastic job. They even re-hung our artwork and improved the gates.

Background

Ideally, every job gets done right the first time. But the test of the management is how well they respond when it's not right at first. After 2 attempts, seams were slightly visible on the ceiling of a drywall repair. The owner took a look, and instead of quibbling that I was expecting too much, he immediately agreed it did not meet their standards. 5 stars for follow through!
